"No sign of order"
Not coming back to me about my order which still has not been sent, all I want is to get my band following buying my partners last week. Spend nearly £500 and not one person can sort this in the customer service team...

"No refund given"
I purchased trousers via wowcher. This company took 24.99 from my bank instead of 9.99. Item does not fit and they are stalling giving me returns address and refund. Both this trader and wowcher not responding to my query.

"Customer service is a joke."
Customer service is a joke.
They took my money and never sent a device. No phone number to call, no one responding to my mails. Stay Away!!!

Edit. 6 hours after writing here, Whoop asked Trustpilot to provide more details on my case. I have submitted those therefore this review is still here.
So someone at Whoop at least monitors the bad reviews here even if they never respond in public. I can only wish Whoop could respond as quick to any of my emails...

"Terrible customer service"
I really don't get why a company that is dependent on clients' acquisition from an online platform allows weakening its reputation by not improving its customer service. This seems like a long-term issue.

I should have trusted the bad reviews before purchasing the Whoop device. I must admit I naively thought that such a breakthrough product cannot be left without high-quality support - until I experienced it myself.

The app SEEMS great until something breaks down. Then get ready for the support hunting marathon - especially if you live in Europe - they operate in a different time zone, so you can reach their chat only a couple of hours a day.

My Whoop is dead after ONLY 4 days of use. It was regularly charged until it got disconnected in the middle of the night, and since then, I cannot pair my device as it is dead... A full day of charging, tapping for several minutes, a prayer, nothing helps. All happened while still calibrating, so I either need to start the process again or cancel the subscription completely...

Will post an update once resolved - but, SO FAR, VERY DISSAPOINTED.

PS: live chat function works only for the Sales department. NO LIVE TECHNICAL SUPPORT...

"Absolutely awful customer service."
Absolutely awful customer service.

The product is still requiring a lot of testing, really expensive for what it is, and the customer service is one of the worst I have ever come across. They're extremely slow to get back to you, and when it comes to returning an item, there's probably at least 50 back and forth emails before they finally accept you returning the product back.

"Product okay(ish). Service from hell."
Product is okay(ish). Good app. Nice insights. Wristband however is of low quality and the battery life is unbearably bad for something that does not even have a screen. The customer service is basically non existent and getting your money back is Kafkaesque.

"talking to a brick wall"
Getting in contact with anybody is a huge task. Customer service reputation is poor. They took money from my account for the subscription services without notifying me, and claiming it back is turning into a fraud case. The strap itself is tempramental and charging doesn't always work. the bluetooth connection to my phone is also tempramental.

"Broken Product/Broken Company"
There product has a connection issue with Android Bluetooth and after months they still haven't fixed it.
There CST is basically automated responses and they literally do not help one bit. You end up getting passed from pillar to post.
They don't inform you of key aspects to your membership and simply do not care once they have your money

I'm currently using my whoop and missed my cancel date(30 days) by 2 days. I've realised £30 a month is too much for what it is.

When I tried to cancel, the only offer was 50% off for next two months. otherwise pay the remaining 10 months to cancel. Please don't sign up to this.

"Got absolutely scammed by Whoop"
Got absolutely cheated by Whoop.
Bought the monthly pay service to test out the product. When it did not live up to my satisfaction I wanted to cancel and have now been charged €300 for a year's service to cancel.
This was never brought to my attention. Would never recommend this product to anyone with this kind of service. And they don't reply to my e-mails regarding the issue.

"I cancelled the service and got an…"
I cancelled the service and got an email that the account was cancelled. 7 months later my card was charged 3174 SEK (aprox 300USD) by Whoop. When contacting Whoop about this they claim that I do not have an account and that I need to take this matter with the bank.
